Victoria, British Columbia. Visited there last week after just doing the trip to Vancouver recently. People are always friendly there. Yeah - big tourist place, but I don't mind. Just like Waikiki where so many folks (even family) can't stand going, I don't mind because of the 'vibrance' the place exudes. Had a good time walking the inner harbor, listening to people from other countries talking animatedly with their friends and simply just spending time with family. ~
