Merry Christmas

Christmas is just around the corner and I'm starting to get into the spirit. It always takes me a while because I don't like seeing the 'commercialism' of the season out there when it starts (yet here I am embedding a commercial), but that's just me. When I see 'Happy Holidays' being thrown all over the place, I get a little annoyed. It's Christmas, not Happy Holiday!
Anyways, Japan Rail had a successful run of commercials during the Christmas season a long time ago, and the song 'Christmas Eve' by Tatsuro Yamashita is a classic and timeless piece that I believe is still the 'Christmas Anthem' of Japan. If you want to take a look at the commercials that ran from 1988 to 1992, you can find them here;  and the full song by Yamashita-san here; here
